Welcome to the website for the Sporting Edge Merivale-Papanui Cricket Club, Christchurch, New Zealand.

As a cricket club we are aiming to provide a place in Christchurch where cricketers of all ages and abilities can meet to have fun playing cricket.

The website is intended to provide information about the club and how to join, as well as be a central place for communication for club members.

So if you are a current player, thinking about playing or want to be a supporter at a friendly cricket club, come and join us, you will be very welcome.

Subscription Payment Options ...

Senior club subscriptions for the 2025/26 season are set at $290 for afternoon grade players, or $320 for morning grades if paid, or an AP established in writing with the club's Treasurer (Michael Beattie) before 30 November 2025. A half price discount is available for students and apprentices. Late subscriptions incurr an additional $100 fee.

Players joining the club from high school in their first season are not required to pay a subscription.
